TERMS OF SERVICE

As part of the company service hallmark to offer a secure, comfortable and prestigious world class service; and in order that our guests (clients) and employees will be well protected, the company reserves the right on all matters of safety and quality road network during provision of service. Delivery Services: Wrong GPS address given shall attract expense the customer's initial deposit amount. All drivers are trained in CPR & First Aid & Security. Our riders reserve the right to refuse service delivery where safety is a concern. A customer shall therefore be required to meet the rider at the nearest safety point determined by the rider on site. No refunds shall be made. Airport Pick-up & City Drive: We insist on safety and request that all our guests wear seat belt throughout the service.  Any Company employee reserves the right not to drive further or drive to the nearest police station if security, bad road network, conflict, harassment, etc is suspected or experienced. In the event of service termination due to such acts or any other natural cause, no refunds shall be made. The company reserves the right to decide on all refund matters. All payments made upon reservations are final and not refundable. If we decide to give a refund, a service may be deducted determined by and at the discretion of the company. Except where private reservation is made, all our service is offered on a car pooled basis. By car pool, our Guests should expect other passengers on board who will be dropped on proximity basis. We strive to match our Guests by proximity to avoid delays. You may therefore experience some delay based on who is picked up or dropped first during the service. For all services, our riders and drivers shall assume a three minutes maximum wait time after which every minute shall attract a charge determined by the company.
